The TB26 wire locator enables quick and precise detection of wires in walls, cable ducts, and installations. The measurement signal is applied to the wire via the transmitter using alligator clips or an optional adapter and can be reliably located at the other end of the wire with the receiver—even without making contact with or stripping the cable.
The device is also suitable for clearly identifying twisted-pair wires in telecommunications and network installations. For maximum flexibility, an adapter set for locating coaxial, F, and RJ11 connectors is included in the package. An integrated LED flashlight facilitates use in poorly lit areas. Signaling can be set to either a continuous or alternating beep.
Note: The device is not suitable for use with live wires.
