Ethernet I/O / BACnet / Modbus

Depending on the configuration, the EWIO2-BM is a compact Modbus or BACnet server that connects digital and analog signals from the sensor and actuator level to a Modbus TCP or BACnet/IP network. Using a Modbus or BACnet client, various tasks in building and industrial automation can be implemented. Using the "Node-RED" graphical programming interface integrated into the web interface and the numerous digital and analog I/Os, simple functions and control tasks in building or industrial automation can be created and visualized. Two Ethernet ports with daisy-chain functionality are available for connecting to the LAN network and daisy-chaining additional Ethernet I/O devices. System parameterization, configuration, and commissioning are performed via a platform-independent web browser. To expand the sensor/actuator level, MR-I/O expansion modules can be connected via plug-and-play bridge connectors, and Modbus RTU devices can be connected via wiring to a second interface on the EWIO2-BM. An integrated µSD memory card expands the EWIO2-BM’s functionality for storing settings, data, and applications.
