The MB-DIO4/2-IP 24 V module, housed in an IP65 enclosure with 4 digital inputs and 2 relay outputs, is suitable for connecting decentralized status contacts and controlling decentralized switching tasks. Signal contacts such as window contacts or the positions of ventilation dampers, etc., can be detected, and for switching tasks, motorized actuators or light strips, etc., can be controlled. Actuators with AMP connectors (AMP, a brand of TE Connectivity) can be connected directly to the MB-DIO4/2-IP 24 V. Depending on the operating mode, the module can be switched or queried using Modbus standard registers or BACnet objects. For manual control, the relay outputs are equipped with switches. The operating mode, baud rate, and parity are set via two rotary switches. Operating mode, baud rate, and parity can also be set via software.
